Problem:
When converting a web page to PDF using Internet Explorer, a footer is added to the PDF file.  How do I remove the footer?
Solution:
This footer is added by Internet Explorer. You can remove the footer information using the Internet Explorer page setup Window.  From Internet Explorer, go to Print Preview, then Page Setup and use the drop down menu for the Footer and select 'empty'.
