Unknown Error message from Outlook

Problem:
When printing a PDF with the "Send PDF" option enabled, we receive an error from Outlook stating "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If this message persists, please restart Outlook."
Solution:
The following knowledgebase article from Microsoft describes how to resolve the problem:

Alternatively, you can use the "Win2PDF Mail Helper" application available on the support download page to resolve the problem.
