Centering printing

Problem: When I print a PDF file created by Adobe Reader to a paper printer, the printed graphics are offset on the page.  Solution: The print dialog in Adobe Reader has an option labelled "Auto-rotate and center". Enabling this option when printing the file will fix the problem.
