Problem:

When installing Win2PDF I am getting the message AddMonitor error 1722.

 

Solution:

This usually occurs when the print spooler is not running.  You can start the spooler from an command prompt by typing "net start spooler", or by opening the "Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services" applet and starting the "Print Spooler" service.
