Problem:

Is it possible to disable the "Send PDF" option for all users on a Citrix or Terminal Server?

Solution:

The "Win2PDF Administrator Utility" has the following features:

-Disable the "Send PDF", "View PDF", "Print PDF", or "Send to Palm" options for all users.
-Disable the document title and document author fields from being set in the PDF file for all users.
-Set or change the default email subject, address, or body text.
-Set a fixed file name for the current user or all users.
-Set the JPEG compression quaility to reduce the size of some PDF files.
