Problem:

Win2PDF isn't working from some applications running on a Citrix or Windows Terminal Server. The application reports an error such as: "There is an error printing to Ne00" or operations such as merging a PDF file or applying security settings are failing.

Solution:

If AppSec application security is enabled on the server, configure AppSec to allow the Win2PDF executables in the "windows\system32" and "windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x68\3" folders to execute.
