Problem:

When converting a document in Word 2000, the footer in a multiple page document says Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, etc.

 

Solution: 

This is problem with Word 2000 and it happens with all printers, not just Win2PDF.  Information about this issue (including workarounds) can be found here:

If you upgrade Word to the latest service pack, or to a later version than Word 2000, this problem should go away.
