Problem saving to a network drive

Problem:
When saving a PDF file to a network drive, the file is created but the size is always 0 Kb. Creating files on local drives works correctly.

Solution:
Make sure the TEMP directory is located on the local PC. This error can occur if you save a file to a network drive and the TEMP directory is also on a network drive.

You can also set an environment variable named "WIN2PDFTEMP" to a folder on the local PC to resolve this problem.  You can set the "WIN2PDFTEMP" environment variable using the "Troubleshooting" tab of the Win2PDF Admin Utility available at:
