Question:
Does the auto-name feature apply only to the current user or to all users?

Answer:
By default, the Win2PDF auto-name feature settings only apply to the current user.  For Win2PDF versions 10.0.81 or newer, you can also configure the Win2PDF auto-name feature to apply to all users.

To apply settings to all users, run the "Configure Win2PDF Auto-Name" from the start menu by right clicking on the shortcut and choosing "Run as Administrator". The Window title will say "Configure Auto-Name" (all users). After you click OK, the settings will be saved to all users and will work even when a user is not logged in from a Windows service.
