You can convert public web pages using Win2PDF's free HTML-to-PDF online converter: https://www.win2pdf.com/html-to-pdf.html This will work on public web pages that do not require a login. To convert pages from secure sites or local HTML files you can download the Win2PDF product which installs as a virtual printer for creating PDF files.
