Send File option doesn't open Microsoft Outlook

Problem:
When the "Send File" option is checked in the Win2PDF File Save window, the PDF is created but isn't attached.  The default email application is Microsoft Outlook.

Solution:

Open the Win2PDF Desktop application and configure Win2PDF to use Outlook
