Problem: When I set Win2PDF to a specific paper size and orientation, it doesn't remember the settings. It reverts back to the original paper size and orientation the next time I use it. Is there a way to have it remember the paper size and orientation setting? Solution: You should set the default paper size and orientation from the "Printing Preferences" dialog in the printers folder instead of setting the options from within an application's print dialog. The registry permissions can also sometimes be a problem. Uninstalling Win2PDF, rebooting, and then installing Win2PDF usually fixes the permissions problem.
