With Win2PDF 10 you also get an additional Win2Image printer that supports TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG and BMP files in both monochrome and color.  To create a TIFF image, select Print and choose Win2Image.  From the Win2Image File Save window you can select either TIFF (monochrome) or TIFF (color).
