Win2PDF file save window does not display in WordPerfect

Problem: When printing to the Win2PDF printer from WordPerfect, the file save window does not display the "Save" button. Solution: If you download and install the "Win2PDF Admin Utility", you can enable a troubleshooting option that may resolve the problem. You can download the "Win2PDF Admin Utility" from the download section of the Win2PDF support web site:http://www.win2pdf.net/helpdesk/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view Once installed, you can click on the "Troubleshooting" tab and check the option named "Disable File Save dialog resizing". After you click apply, it should allow WordPerfect to operate correctly. | |
