Unable to download additional files during install

Problem: I'm receiving one of the following errors when trying to install Win2PDF on Windows XP or Windows Server 2003:
"Unable to download additional files"
"Error sending request."
"The server name or address could not be resolved."
Solution:
If you download the full setup program from the following link, it won't require access to the internet to download additional files:
