"Incorrect command line parameters" error when installing Win2PDF

Problem: I'm receiving an "Incorrect command line parameters" error dialog when installing Win2PDF on Windows Server 2003. Solution: Make sure Windows Installer 3.1 is installed. Â This can be downloaded from the following page:
