PDF file is encrypted error when merging with Win2PDF 7

Problem:
When appending or prepending to an existing PDF file from Win2PDF 7, I'm getting an error message stating the existing file is encrypted.
Solution:
If you download and install the latest version of Win2PDF 7, it should resolve your problem: | |
