Problem: I receive the following message "AddPrinterDriver Error 997" when I try to install the software. Solution: This error can sometimes occur when you enable the "Win2PDF Font Helper" add-on when you run the Win2PDF setup program. If you run the Win2PDF setup again and this time don't check the option for the "Win2PDF Font Helper" add-on, the setup should complete successfully. If you need to create PDF files with embedded fonts, you can download and install the Win2PDF Font Helper add-on separately after Win2PDF is installed.
