Printer sharing problem on Windows Vista

Problem: When using printer sharing to install Win2PDF on a Windows Vista client, the client isn't able to create PDF files. Solution: This is a known problem in Windows Vista, and we have confirmed that installing the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 update fixes the Win2PDF printer sharing problem.
