Question: Does Win2PDF include any metadata or revision history when a Word document is converted to PDF? Answer: Win2PDF is a printer driver, so only information that would show up on a printed page will be included in the PDF file. Any hidden text or revision information will not be included in the PDF file. Win2PDF does save the author and document name in the "Document Properties" which can be viewed in Adobe Reader. You can edit these fields with Win2PDF Pro when you create the PDF file, and you can prevent Win2PDF from including these fields by using the "Win2PDF Admin Utility" available at: http://www.win2pdf.net/helpdesk/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view
