Question:
Is Win2PDF affected by daylight savings time (DST) ?

Answer:
Win2PDF stores the current local time in the PDF file when the file is created. Win2PDF uses the local time information including the current time zone and daylight savings time as configured in the Windows Control Panel "Date and Time" applet. If the Windows "Date and Time" applet is configured to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes", the time changes will also be applied to newly created PDF files after the DST change occurs.
