We are pleased to announce the Win2PDF 11.0.9 update, which introduces several new features and performance enhancements.
- Windows 11 Explorer Context Menu Extension: Adds right-click options for various file types:
- PDF: View, Print, Compress, Make Searchable, Organize Pages
- Image/Web Files (.TIF, .JPG, .PNG, .BMP, .XPS, .HTML, etc.): View, Print, Convert to PDF
- Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, & Email Files (.DOCX, .XLSX, .PPTX, .MSG): View, Print, Convert to PDF (Win2PDF Pro Only)
- Folders: Batch Convert (Win2PDF Pro Only)
- Native PowerPoint Conversion (Win2PDF Pro Only): Full native support for converting .PPT and .PPTX files to PDF, including batch conversion, watch folder, and command-line conversions.
- Improved MSG/EML Conversion (Win2PDF Pro Only): When converting these files, source attachments (excluding unsafe files like .EXE) are copied as shared attachments. Natively supported attachments are also converted to PDF and appended to the final file.
- Metadata Retention (Win2PDF Pro Only): Copies document properties (author, title, keywords) from Word DOC and DOCX source files to the PDF.
- New Command-Line Option: Use ADDBOOKMARKSFROMCSV to automate bookmark creation from CSV files.
