Problem:
After converting a Word document using Win2PDF the output PDF document has slightly different pagination compared to the Word document printed on a paper printer. 

Solution:
Microsoft Word has an option labelled 'Use printer metrics to lay out documents' that should be turned 'OFF' *before* any document is created. This option can be found on the Tools/Options/Compatibility window.
