Question:

When Win2PDF is configured to automatically name PDF files, how can I automatically launch Adobe Acrobat Reader after the PDF has been created?

Answer:

You can configure Win2PDF to launch a PDF Viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader using the Win2PDF Admin Utility.

First, download and install the Win2PDF Admin Utility at:
https://helpdesk.win2pdf.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/187/15/win2pdf-admin-utility-download

Next, configure auto-name if you haven't already done so. Then launch the Win2PDF Admin Utility and navigate to the "File Name" tab:

https://www.win2pdf.com/doc/manage-pdf-file.html

Under "Run the following program after PDF creation", type the full path to Adobe Acrobat Reader followed by a "%s" such as:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" "%s"

You should also uncheck the "wait to finish" option.

After you click "Apply", Win2PDF will automatically view the PDF after creation.
