The Win2PDF activation process uses an internet connection to authenticate the license. If your PC does not have an internet connection, or if you have a firewall blocking access to the server, this message will occur.

Can you try to temporarily disable the firewall to complete the activation? If not, then we'll need to create a small offline activation program that you can use to license the software.
